Intellectual Property

ITI emphasizes intellectual property as an integral part of its corporate strategy.  Its proprietary focus encompasses product and platform-based intellectual property owned by ITI or in-licensed from institutions like the University of Kentucky.  The Company currently has rights to a number issued patents and many additional pending patent applications, and pursues a filing policy that encompasses all major pharmaceutical markets.
